Hope you are very well there but I am not well here. You have taken TATA to every one’s life, Where ever we look we could find TATA…..tata……tata…tata…tata…TATA name itself is a bench mark. It’s really great that TATA is in IT Sector also. My Concern is basically with Indian Government…But as everyone knows our Government is responsible for many things but never act with responsibility and sensibility, so I thought to approach TATA as The Concern is transitively(A->B, B->C ,i.e. A->C) related to TATA as well. In TATA Empire also my concern is with TCS only but as TCS is a part of Our TATA Empire, I decided better to mail you directly rather than telling in between someone as in INDIA there is always a trend to approach high authority for simple works like getting admission in Pre-Nursery schools or getting appointment from doctors or either getting a reservation in trains, I am just the follower. I believe if you will be concerned about my concern, transitively TCS will automatically comes under consideration.
I am working in IT sector……very sincere guy….. Working late night and used to reach at 11 O’clock, never asked for leaves. But by mistake due to Christmas and because of US client..there is not great deal of work in project and finally the day came around 2 days back, when I got the leaves JJJ I was very much excited and in excitement of going home after an year or two, spend all my money in enjoyment, movie, party and shopping……… holding back my tears while telling you …..Finally I feel satisfied with all the shopping and decided to book train ticket. As I told you earlier, I got leave approval 2 days back only, I can book the ticket only in TATKAL.
In wake of getting tickets early morning, I slept early at 1 O’clock and woke up at 7:30, opened the laptop. For another half an hour I wait for clock needle to touch 8. Finally, I try to click on find train at 7:59 am, warning popped up “Sorry, You can book TATKAL ticket after 8 only”. With full zeal I again clicked at 8.01 am got the same warning, then again. I said to myself no need to get frustrate already your project has made you frustooo….. I closed the browser and open a new one..put www.irctc.co.in, and the server was down. Took another half an hour just to find train… by the time it opened… waiting queue is waiting for me. I tried next day and those next day’s r coming again and again… but from 8 to 8:30.. the site was down, network was busy and by 8:30, when finally able to book… all the tickets were already booked.
Ratan, I am not intended to waste your time but the reason behind telling you such a long story…..because I come to know that TCS is handling the Indian Railway Project….if not, please forward it with title “To Whom So Ever it May Concern”. Please do some kind of Beta-Testing for TATKAL module and better to use TEST-Cases, it will help a lot.
I have got 7 working day’s leave… 3 days are gone…. But still not get TATKAL, even on stations there are long queues. I also asked my manager to cancel the leaves and guess what he is saying..? “You have to take leaves…or better fall ill, will not ask for any kind of prescription otherwise don’t ask for leaves in coming 6 months”. There is no policy to reimburse for shopping….I am already in debt as most of the guys, just following the trends. So looking for flight is useless and anyway Vijay Mallya is not providing any kind of EMI on flight tickets neither the companies otherwise I would have gone. So with all the shopping done and with hope that in TATKAL “mera bhi number aayega” I am passing rest of my leaves at my room watching TV alone as my roommates still didn’t get the leaves.
